What are the opening hours of the restaurant / snack bar / bar?

In season, our fries kiosk and lounge bar are open in the evening only, from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm.

Can I pay by card or cash?

Yes, you can pay by card or cash.

Does the menu change depending on the season?

Yes, the menu changes with the season (fries, burgers, etc.).

Is Wi‑Fi available across the whole campsite?

Yes, Wi‑Fi is available on the campsite (coverage may vary depending on your pitch).

Can we arrive outside reception opening hours?

No, arrivals outside reception hours are not possible. Late arrivals can sometimes be arranged (within reason) — please contact us in advance.

Is there a late check‑in desk for late arrivals?

Not specifically, but late arrivals are possible if requested in advance so the management team can organise it.

Do guests receive practical information before arrival?

Yes. We provide practical information before arrival, and we also have brochures with local information available if needed.

Is an inventory/checklist done on arrival and/or departure?

An inventory sheet is in each rental. Guests are asked to check it and report any missing items at reception.

Can departure be self‑service or is there a checkout inspection?

A checkout inspection is carried out to release the security deposit.

Is there a key drop box for early departures?

No key drop box. Early departures are possible but must be arranged with management beforehand.

Are pets allowed?

Pets (excluding category 1 and 2) are allowed with a €2.50 supplement.

Can I pay by bank card, cash, or holiday vouchers?

Bank card, cash, and ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted.

Is Wi‑Fi free? If not, what are the plans?

Wi‑Fi is free.

Do you provide communal BBQs or BBQs to borrow?

We can lend electric BBQs on request (not communal).

Do you have a grocery shop?

We have a small convenience shop, open during reception hours.

What are the opening times/season for the nearest swimming pool?

What are the access conditions for the nearest swimming pool?

Paid entry (ticket required).

What are the check‑in and check‑out times for rentals?

Check‑in for rentals is between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Check‑out is requested before 10:00 am.

What hikes are available nearby and who are they for?

There are many hikes in the area. Useful resources: \1 and \1 (routes for all levels).

Is there a lively town centre with shops, bars, markets?

Calais, Boulogne‑sur‑Mer and Wimereux have lively town centres.

Are there waterside bars/snacks/restaurants?

Yes — in Wissant, Wimereux and Calais you’ll find waterside snack bars and restaurants.

Is there continuous service or fixed opening hours?

There is no continuous service; opening hours are those of the bar (generally 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm).
